Dodgers vs Brewers Pick Today
Dodgers (-112)
Both teams have been on fire recently, no surprise when you’re sitting atop your respective divisions, with Los Angeles winning seven of its last eight, including taking two of three at San Diego earlier this week. Similarly, Milwaukee has picked up wins in 11 of its last 13 and on the heels of a three-game sweep against the Chicago Cubs.
Unsurprisingly, the reigning World Series champion Dodgers have not been an underdog yet this year so a -112 line is about as good as you’re going to get. LA did have a true -110 line against NL-leading Atlanta on May 8, scoring a 3-1 victory. Meanwhile, the Brewers have had a relatively narrow band of odds in 2026, ranging from +120 to -160 for the bulk of the season but are coming off a 5-0 win against the Cubs in a -110 pick’em odds game.
Wrobleski had a magnificent April, taking the mound four times allowing just two earned runs, no home runs surrendered, and only 16 hits across 26 innings. May hasn’t been as successful, going 2-1 with a 3.92 ERA which was elevated from allowing seven earned runs, including two home runs, against the Braves on May 10. The current Brewers lineup hasn’t had a lot of looks at Wrobleski, combining for just 11 at bats coming in his MLB debut when he surrendered four earned runs, two homers, in five innings. Christian Yelich had one of those home runs going 1-for-2 over those five innings.
This will be Henderson’s 10th career start and first time seeing the powerhouse Dodgers. In fact, he’s been blessed to play a lot of middling times over those nine previous teams such as the Pirates, Nationals, Royals, Twins etc. However, the young righty did encounter the Yankees 12 days ago, tossing five inning for two-run ball, though did get taken for a solo shot in the first from Aaron Judge – it happens – in 4-3 win. That was arguably the worst start of his career, though, certainly nothing to be ashamed of in the least but the Dodgers are a different story that may provide a different result.
This game is a little tricky to cap, given the lack of batter vs pitcher data available for the two young arms but any chance that you can get the Dodgers at or around a pick’em or even somehow as an underdog you have to play them. Wrobleski has been remarkable this season aside from the Braves outing (in which he still tossed 8.2 innings), and Henderson’s lack of experience against elite talent leaves me with backing LA tonight in Milwaukee.
Dodgers vs Brewers Prop Pick Today
Justin Wrobleski O17.5 Outs (-150 at DraftKings)
Wrobleski has gone six innings or more in each of his last six outings, the first of the year he didn’t though was likely on a pitch count only tossing 60 pitches vs the Guardians on March 30 and 78 pitches vs the Blue Jays on April 6. Three times he’s gone over 100 pitches and twice he’s pitched at least eight innings, including going 8.2 vs the MLB-leading Atlanta Braves on May 10. Assuming this is going to be a tight battle with the third and fourth-placed teams in the Bigs going at it, I’ll take Wrobleski to go at least six innings again today.
